Our mascot

How did the idea come about?

We are a company that likes to create initiatives with the population! We also love taking part in fairs and events, which is why we decided that we should have a mascot to represent us!
So we decided that the children of the Almada and Seixal schools would be the ones to create our mascot!

Without further ado, we launched the challenge! We went to the schools and colleges to give our children the chance to develop their imagination and also to collaborate with us and we asked them to draw a mascot on a white A4 sheet of paper, using colored pencils or crayons.

We explained who we were, Casas Rui Pedro, and what we wanted with a mascot! And we asked the children to imagine us as a doll!

The drawings were amazing.

These drawings were displayed on our Facebook page, which has more than 25,000 followers, who voted for their favorite with a “like” or “love”. 

The 10 most voted drawings won a gift from Casas Rui Pedro, and 1st place, the real winner, as well as being elected our mascot, also won a family ticket to Lisbon Zoo!

And here we have our mascot “O Casinhas” ready and already in action taking part in the fairs and initiatives that we love so much!
