In 2012 we made the dream... come true!

With over 22 years' experience in the real estate market, Casas Rui Pedro was born out of an old dream. More than a business, the aim was for our company to be a reflection of passion, dedication and purpose.

The path was not immediate, and like any worthwhile dream, it took time to mature. We didn't officially open until 2016, but the spirit of perseverance was with us long before that.

It all started in a small space, but with big ambitions. Our first office, with just 15 m², hidden away on the second floor of a shopping center in Corroios, was the stage where the first steps became a reality. It wasn't much, but it was enough for us to believe that, with hard work and a lot of love, we could make it happen.

And so it was. With daily dedication and a heart full of desire, we conquered our next space: a bigger store with a better location, also in Corroios, which is still a symbol of our growth today. That small room became the starting point for something much bigger than just square meters. We have grown, evolved and continue to build this project.

But more than the physical space, which now has three stores, what has really made a difference throughout this journey have been the people we have met along the way. Incredible human beings who shared our vision and committed themselves body and soul. They became part of our family, contributing not only with their work, but with their hearts. We owe them the strength that has made us grow and consolidate what we are today.

Our dream was never just ours! It also belongs to each person who walks alongside us, believing that together we can go further. It also belongs to our customers who believe in us every day, to our partners, friends and family.

We are already a real family with more than 40 professionals and a solid and organized structure, and we are increasingly capable of facing challenges and embracing new opportunities. 

We are proud of our journey and of everyone who has been and is part of our growth! 

And there is one thing that has never changed since the beginning: we are a company with 100% NATIONAL capital. We value our roots and believe that the future is built with our feet firmly on the ground, but with our eyes set on ever wider horizons.

We have built our business on pillars that we consider non-negotiable: education, respect, honesty and commitment. We want each store, each customer and each employee to feel that they are part of something truly authentic and special.

We have chosen to grow organically, always maintaining control over the quality of our services. Each store reflects our essence, our values and the care we put into every detail. 
For us, education goes beyond technical knowledge - it's about how we treat people, with care, attention and kindness in every interaction. Respect, in turn, is the principle that guides our relationships, whether with employees, clients or partners.
